24-7 Prayer Global Week of Prayer

The first week of September is 24-7 Prayer's Global Week of Prayer. People from 196 nations around the world will be joining in, and we'd love to mobilise and enable the churches across Sligo to join in too!

Recentre Community Church (on Mailcoach Rd) have a Prayer Room. It will be open for the week for folk to come and go and pray. We'd love to encourage local people to sign up for a prayer slot to pray either at Recentre or at home. And other churches will host their own prayer meetings as part of the week.

The week will start at Recentre at 7 pm on Monday 1st September, and conclude with a Celebration at Sligo Methodist at 7 pm on Sunday 7th September.

The link for signing up for prayer slots is: https://pray.24-7prayer.com/signup/fc8be4

We know that the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective (James 5:16). We're expectant for what God might do in Sligo as His people join together in prayer.

In Calry on Wednesday 3rd at 7 am there will be an opportunity to gather for prayer and on Thursday 4th at 12 noon. Do join us at one or other!
