Church of Ireland Youth Dept Confirmation Questionnaire

CIYD are hoping to survey everyone who was confirmed since 2017. We need at least 500 responses to get a good data set and from across the Church of Ireland.

The survey is here: https://forms.gle/wK7NkwhRf9yBXaZU9

It's totally anonymous, can be completed by anyone (regardless of age) who was confirmed in the C of I since 2017 and the deadline is 31st December. I have Prof. Leslie Francis and his team lined up to crunch the data and tell us how we can make Confirmation more impactful, but what we really need is data!
