What Can I Do?
Faced with all manner of bad news, disasters, disappointment and even despair we may feel completely helpless. It can leave us feeling listless, like the wind has completely gone out of our sails. What can we possibly do that will make any difference? An awful lot, as it transpires! A rain jacket isn’t designed for fine weather. Similarly, we were not created to live in comfortable isolation from the harsh realities of life around, rather to be in the thick of it making a difference. That’s what we are called to do. That is the holy, godly, missional thing to do. So, what exactly can we do? That is the very question this ten Sunday series attempts to answer. It’s not a complete answer to the question, but it is a start.
11 am – 12 noon in the Rectory. All welcome!
Would you like to help in church but aren’t sure how? If you would like to learn how to set up slides on VideoPsalm, or send out these notices on MailChimp, lead intercessions or read a Bible passage please write your name on the sign-up sheet in church or email email@example.com Notification about future training opportunities will be sent out soon.
