Linked with the Diocese of Kindu, Province of the Anglican Church of Congo
Morning! Today’s online service is our monthly all-age. It falls on the Feast of All Saints’ a wonderfully positive occasion for focussing on the great company of Christian men and women who have gone before us in the faith and a reminder that we are all called to be God’s holy people or ‘saints’. The service can be viewed on the website www.calry.ie/online-worship/ or at www.facebook.com/calryparishchurch/
Afterwards at 12 noon we will have a Zoom meeting for anyone who would like a bit of a catch up or an opportunity to discuss the service. Calry parishioners have had the Zoom link sent to their email address. If you haven’t it may mean that you haven’t given us your address.
Forthcoming Online Sunday Worship (subject to change):

If you have young children at home you should know that there is an activity sheet each Sunday which is sent out by email to the parents of our Sunday School children.

New Sermon Series Focussing on Well-being
On Sunday mornings between now and Advent we are going to follow a new series just for Calry instead of using the lectionary readings. The themes are as follows:
|Today||Be what you are||1 John 3.1-3|
|8th November||Learn from the past||Romans 15.1-6|
|15th November||Leave your burdens behind||1 Peter 5.6-11|
|22nd November||Be grounded in hope||Romans 8.18-25|
|29th November||Focus on Jesus||Hebrews 12.1-3|
On Saturday 14th November at 7 pm there will be an opportunity to remember those we love but see no longer. Whoever they are and whenever they died this will be an opportunity for quiet reflection and peace. The service will be live-streamed on FB and the parish website. If you wish to have the name of a loved-one read out during the service please send names to the Rector by the morning of 14th.
